Experience:
Adnan Haider is the CEO and Managing Partner of White Rock, a firm that specialises in capital markets advisory, focusing on complex financial structuring and product distribution. Adnan has worked 20+ years across the globe with some of the larger investment and commercial banks, and consulting firms, and is an expert on a variety of financial products.
Previously, within the Middle East, Adnan was SVP and Head of Fixed Income & Equities at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and a founder and co-head of Capital Markets at Arqaam Capital in the DIFC. Adnan has also worked across various trading and structuring roles (Credit Derivatives, Leveraged Finance, High Yield Capital Markets, Corporate Finance & Ratings Advisory) at Barclays Investment Bank in London. Adnan has also worked at The Monitor Company, KPMG Consulting and Arthur Andersen across their London and Toronto offices.
Education:
Adnan has a MBA from London Business School and Masters of Accounting and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo. Adnan is also a CPA and CA qualified in Canada, and is a Certified Management Consultant.

Shahnoun Zaman

Most recently, Shahnoun was a Vice President in the Jefferies Dubai office. He was Co-Head of Commodities & Head of Equities Sales for MENA where he was pivotal in establishing and creating a strong network of relationships. Previously, he helped setup the Jefferies presence in MENA by establishing the Dubai office in 2011. Prior to this, Shahnoun worked in Standard Chartered Dubai as an Associate Director in Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities Sales where he provided structured solutions to corporate clients for hedging and investments. He had also worked for Total and GlaxoSmithKline in France and London respectively.

Shahnoun is a CFA holder and holds a Masters in Engineering in Chemical engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine. He also holds an MSc in Refinery, Engineering, Construction & Gas from L’École Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs.
